One of the most popular and most photographed beaches on the Olympic peninsula. A quick scenic stop on the side of the highway!
Madison Falls, Olympic National Park
Easy 5 minute walk, but the waterfall is excellent👌
One of the best cliff jumping spots in the area with cliffs from 10ft up to 60ft!
This is such a beautiful lake to hike to, its a steep scramble but only for just over 1 km so its easily doable. From the same trail head you can go to either Hariet Lake or Wilamena Lake (both equally as beautiful and quiet). The road starting from Branch H is quite rough and grown in so if you...
Bow Glacier Falls
4.8km hike with amazing scenery and a HUGE waterfall. Lots of tourists on long weekends but worth the trek! Make sure you bring some bug spray and sun screen if going on a hot day, fair amount of mosquitoes and not much for shaded cover.
Mayo/Ailsa Lake Kimberley B.C
Beautiful hike! Came a little early so an avalanche was covering the lake.

Beautiful beach with not much traffic! A must see if your in the area!

Hidden falls - Sombrio Beach
Sombrio Beach is the beginning of the Juan de Fuca trail. From Sooke, head west on Hwy 14 for 55.8 kms towards Port Renfrew. There are roadsigns on the side of the road letting you know Sombrio Beach is approaching. The road in is only about 1 km of unmaintained, rutted road. We easily accessed...
Grjotagja hot springs cave
A cool place to visit when passing through northern Iceland! Unfortunately since the latest eruption the temperature is above what a human can handle for bathing in the hot springs but a hot spring in a cave is pretty cool... and it’s also where John Snow lost his virginity to the wildling in...
Hraunfossar Falls, Iceland
Compared to most of the other falls in and around the Reykjavik area this one had the least amount of tourists and was our top stop for experiencing raw beauty. The falls are a total of 900m long and the water is a very appealing bright blue.
Although this is a highly populated tourist stop its a Must See! With a series of 2 waterfalls with the largest being over 12m high and 30m wide and a beautiful glacier blue it was well worth walking around the groups of people to get the best angles. I would stop here again in a heartbeat if I...
